.com is taken & parked
.us is for sale asking $ 1500,-

I think it would be worth your while to build the site, and make them worth something
.net and .info together unbuilt maybe mid xxx the .us I wouldn't think would go for half that either, he just has it over priced waiting for the end of time IMO
