If you acquired it for resale purpose, then you paid too much for this name atm. $30000 is reasonable to a .mobi end user, but $30k is way tooooo high to reseller (very suspicious though). IMO, always compare your domain to the sedo premium .mobi auction results.

Im sorry, but this purchase was a mistake in my opinion. .mobi as of today isnt fairing as well as desired. The extension is under developed and overspeculated and the intent of the TLD is completely unnecessary (other than to make more money, of course). I wish you the best of luck, but would not have recommended this acquisition.

BTW - Homes.mobi IS better than Housing.mobi
