Rich term, ad score, very high wordtracker/overture. But... yes this is the problem of the domain..extension. I looked at namebio db, the highest sale was poker.gs, $1.500. Which is not promising for resale market (for your houses.gs) but it's indeed worth developing.

thanks Porte, i already checked namebio.com and sometimes i also check dnsaleprice.com but i got it because of the reasons you cited
