I heard that housemd.com is going for 54,000.
Are these two domains i have worth anything?

HouseMD.com is listed for sale at that price, but that does not mean that it will sell at that price.

The dot us and mobi extensions are much weaker than the dot com.

Adding something on the dot com domain (such as “MD”) is easier to do with a dot com, while still retaining value.
