Hotter is a good word.

I say reg fee to high XX/low XXX without development.

given the .org market, you might be able to get mid - high $xx if you sell to an end-user. potential end-users for this domain looks fairly tough, but try contacting the owners of the other tlds (.com/.net/etc), and seeing if they're interested.

I too agree with other. Name is good but extension makes it value lower.
But can be good name for instant food companies.

Mid $.xx, because the word does not fit the extension.
Maybe you could get more if you would market it as a possible climate project site (that fits perfectly the .org), and then you could find some interested buyers in the mid $xxx range, but that is a lot of work imo.

That was actually what came to my mind when I saw your domain. In addition to aleximon's comment it could be great for a project like world hot spots monitoring site. I'll say mid $xx - high $xx. It could be a more if you develop it.
