Good afternoon,

I was just turned on to namepros cause im in a bit of a bind.

I have this domain name and was wanting to build it as a place
for smaller internet marketers to meet and build joint venture
deals.

like I said im in a bit of a bind now, and think i can sell it to cover
some expenses. Problem is I have never sold a domain before.
any ideas of value? I haven't started building the site yet.

any help will be most appriciated guys.

When it comes to selling domains, you'll need patience to get any appreciable value. Quick sale will get you a very low return. You could seek offers on the "for sale" board and see if anyone bites. As far as your personal intentions for the domain, they do not factor into its value unless they have been implemented and traffic is attracted to the site. Current value to reseller, mid XX.
