HotelsInEngland.com sell or develop?

Hi,
I have owned domain HotelsInEngland.com. As I see the HotelsInEngland.net is an active site that offer hotel booking in england. I am considering to sell or not this name? If you were me, How do you do?

The problem as I see it is the market is flooded with Hotel Listing sites.

I would imagine that most reputable Hotels in England are all ready paying to be on so many sites that you need to offer something 'Unique' to attract their attention.

One idea is to do a front page article on a different city every week and make all of the old reviews available in an 'archive' section.

Thus you can write an interesting article for each city and include reviews of different styles and price ranges for Hotels in the area.

Develop. I am guessing that there are better domains out there, so your marketability on selling the domain is much lower.

i'd say make it a directory or something and get alot of uniques and then sell it

WHy not sign up to bookings.org as an affiliate, and knock yourself a small together, including Adsense or YPN.

I am pretty sure you will see some decent income coming from this one, and with a little effort, it can be a good source of income for you.

Agreed, develop it. You can always sell it in the future either way... Development will only increase it's value.

Seems like a tough project to develop. I would sell it since it would be an easy sell.

If you really want to develope it, I would just make keywords, SEO, and get to the top of the searchengines. Once you start getting traffic, you can sell it for a lot more.
