I would develop it to a hotel database, I've seen some for sale. You could also gather some information from hotels or pay someone to write some articles and make a nice hotel review webpage.
IMO the domain without development is mid xx.

I honestly think that this is a worthful name for development. I don't know how well it would do on PPC, but if it had a developed site that was unique, I think the name is strong and brandable.

Certainly this can be a great name for attracting the attention of American Tourists (who are so dot com centric) and is very keyword rich to boot.
