I don't think this domain has any particular value
The problem is with the .org extension - this extension is golden for organizations and ngo.
The name is OK, but the extension, personally I think it destroys the value.

You could sell it but you won't get any big bucks...

It might take a while for the right buyer to show up. I tend to buy higher quality names now as renew fees eat away at the domain value.

It has zero value, as it's a live trademark! Unless you own the trademark, you are at risk of having a UDRP filed against you! Sorry to be the wet blanket, as I love the name, the song and the Eagles! Brings back great memories!
