Well, the keyword "my" has not much to to do with keyword "hot", imo. Basically any new gTLD extension with keywords like "my" or "the" can sell for mid XX XXX plus if presented to right end user.

For .bio, mid XX XXX plus names are also with keywords like : "fresh", "green", "usa", "your"

I personally do not so much feel "keyword hot" with connection to .bio ..On other side, what I like is kind of visual symetry, LLL.LLL, but from semantic point of view not not that much. It can serve probably as kind of nice brandable.

Can be in 3k-15k range for right end user in 2018, while probability of resale in this price range is very small, unless name is actively presented to relevant end users.

Renewal is up in 2 weeks was thinking of dropping it and let someone else have a crack at selling it,but saw the sale of My.bio and kind of thought why not hold for 1 more year. Still not sure yet what to do , do i keep or do i drop .

It is a borderline investment imo, hard to say. My position would be to hold it for 1 more year, but to present it to end users and use "my.bio" sale as a close comparable, that can help a lot.
Without active approach, I would probably drop.

I also had a closer look, Estibot : 2800 usd, Sedo: 1999 eur,

and name was first registered in 2014, so in early days..not that I give much credit to automated appraisals and history stats, etc, but those are some ok stats. But as seen below, it was already dropped twice.

No reserve at reseller price not end user price ,it’s one off those domains I should have put more time in reaching end users but was I concentrated on their other domains and it just sat there building cob webs . A lot off my renewals are coming up, so got to be a bit brutal ,keep, drop or sell on cheap . I have only been doing domaining for over a year now and still learning and there are some real hard core pros on Namepros which I am learning something from them everyday .

The right end user would pay big bucks.

This. As I said, I'm not convinced Hot bio even makes much sense. It's not a term anyone uses. My bio does make sense, hence it's popularity as a domain.

I don't think this is a reg fee name,, but I don't think it's as good as people are making out.
