However, your google front position is only on the search for hostinput without spaces, anyone typing it any other way will not find your site, which counter balances any advantage to the other, especially since barely any sites use it. Those are some pretty random sites to show up first, I mean even a ebay Ad is showing up before your site =(. You got to work on raising the page rank there to add value to the name as I'll point out in the reccomendation phase.

Relevence to 2 words -> Host and Input, seem to flow together, but as far as being common words seen together, google searches proved that it wasn't very effective. You know you have a good name when your site shows up with those words together first on the page rank out of many sites that use simalair terms. I'll give it +$1 on creativity.
Google Searches -> Lots of sites showed that the use of the terms was mostly from the keyword host. As it stands, not being able to find your site on a search for it lowers it's google search value -$5.

-Special Circumstances-

If you are the owner of the developed site hostinput.com, I place your value based on the statistics of developed sites sold recentely with your specs.

I'm not so sure if your site is finished, but a developed site that can handle domain registration and hosting ready to go is worth +$2000 at the bare minimum if I'm lucky to get professionally made from my experience. If your site isn't finished but that is just to demo it's potential as a site, then +$75 for the shell concept as it will help in selling it.

If you have the template and own that site that I found, you could sell here on namepros to someone who might want to continue on with that idea for $77 at the minimum if you fix that template up and get it working so all they have to do is setup the other services.

Owning the actual working business with all the tools ready to go and selling it as a package would yeild you amazing return in the $2077 minimum range to possibly $10,000 or more to the right people for a working business like that. If anything just for that shell.
