$28.75 - $45+/+, IMHO.
With further development and continued branding, I like the long-term valuations for this domain name (and site), in my view. Could also be used as a Forum on web hosting, as well.

So now that the sites been up awhile, and has been sub 100k in Alexa think the value of the domain is worth a lil more :p
