I'm fairly new but I'm pretty sure anything remotely related to hosting can fetch a fairly high price. It'd probably would have been better as a .com with HostingDeals.com but I guess that's too much to ask with the saturation of sold domain now a days.

You might get more developing it to an affiliate site possibly earn some profit and flip it on flippa? Saw a site doing something like this which sold for couple thousand on flippa.

But this is just my amateur opinion. Best Wishes.
