I got involved in domaining because I had a dropped down free game download site project on MyGameIndex.com. (That's why I registered it.)
P.S. I have registered these two domains before finding this forum. I am not expecting much potential either. I'm kind of newbie in this business.

You are in the right place to learn about domaining. Those domains of you look ok, but they have a very low reseller value. You only shot is finding an end user interested on them and perhaps you can reach up to low xxx for them. Or as you stated developing by yourself for a personal project. Their weakness is they are long and adding to this the .NET extension worsen things for the first one. Good luck and welcome to this passionating world of domaining.
