Is your budget at $20/year? If not, giving a price range would be helpful, as well as the number of domains you wish to host. That price will likely not get you a reliable host or many offers

If you look around many forums (webhostingtalk.com), you see that hostultra is not the place to go

They stripped cPanel clean, there free hosting is better than there paid!

There support is horrible, there more focused on there free members than there paid ones.

And the list goes on. If you want to find a reliable host, you may want to raise your budget.
