with a layout and a reseller account all that would be needed is a paypal to accept payments or other gateway.

It's hard to say without knowing if the template is unique or not.

If it is unique, High XX - Low XXX.

yes, i purchased the resell rights with it and the psd files will go with this sale obviously.

and it iwll not be resold again, the domain has a little traffic but not much, ive put 200 into this so far and with a reseller account offered by URLhost it would add 10-40 more, depends if we host it for 1 or 3 months.
