Hostgator reseller hosting and cpu use

I'm considering Hostgator's reseller hosting, but I can't understand what happen if a single account uses too much cpu:

Hostgator will close that single resold account or the whole reseller account?

Gator a good choice too because they have so much to lose if they service is bad. So i was way over my nodes but they don't care, they have to stick to their unlimited. speed was not bad, but it is inconsistent.
Accord to google web aps my site where consistently running below average speed.

Maybe you are right. But I have heard as well if someone violates their rules they will suspend you immediately.
