Host needed for Technology Class website

I run a site for my tech teacher with lessons and files on it. My current host is very poorly run. My teacher is very dedicated, so I never told him I have been paying for the hosting. All I need for the class lessons and files is 1-2 GB. No more than 25 GB bandwidth. cPanel 11 with Fantastico is preferred. As a student, I can not continue to pay to keep the site up. I simply need a reliable host. I prefer no ads on the site, but I will gladly add a button/small banner. I have some NP$ I can give away if you need some compensation.
