Definitely brandable. Resellers might buy it for up to $400 and end users possibly up to 4k but that's hard to speculate.

Will be hard though and quite some luck to get it sold for that amount.

If i were you i would not renew it，I will use the money to buy pizza and a cup of coffeeto enjoy the scenery outside because only one extention taken at this moment（only your com），just try to search in the expiring domain lists daily when you are free then find the gems that catch your attention，sometimes， it might increase the possibilities of success as your bid on the expiring lists at domain market，on the contrary， stop to register .COMs anymore unless it is hot topic or word.

Take me for example， i hand registered some .net domains （transen.net）to a Holland company， （marketing portal.net）to marketing portal.com，but the price not very high …they all hired Sedo brokerage，after that，i stop to register com/net/org… i even have not one .COMs domain till now .

change your way of thinking and find a way that really fits you， after all， this is not 90s
