i'm curious if this domain name has any value?

it's simple, easy to remember, but a bit long. there's a huge market for DVD and VHS related entertainment and it's a .com so i hope that helps?

Dont see much value due to the repetition of the word " Home " in the Domain...

yeah i was afraid of that, but in a way couldn't it make the name more marketable and memorable, more symmetrical, and vaguely clever in some way.

as in the home of home videos.

As far as the wholesale market goes, selling to Resellers, there doesnt seem to be much interest in made up/creative names requiring marketing. Your best bet would be to find an end user.

The only thing I would worry about is how many other Domains similar to yours which are available at reg fee, $8. I just checked the first one that popped into my head and it was available.

I think using another word for the second " home " would work better as far as marketing/branding goes.
