.info domains are getting hotter each day and i felt that this one had great enduser potential based on both Fabulous and Afternic stats... so I did... a nice quick and easy site with income generating tools...

How much do you think I can get for it? I was looking in the 1k+ range... for a quick sale... is that possible?

I really like what you've done in getting some cursory development to the site ... if marketed properly to those End user's it could do well, over time (may not be a "Quick Sale").
As a raw domain name, in my view ... too many "variables" with the "Homes" -and- "FSBO" -and- ".INFO". Reg. fee+/+ - $45+, IMHO. The continued development and marketings could oversome ... please keep us posted, DB! :tu:
