What do you think? Does it have any value?

I'd have to agree. Great words. They just don't make sense together in that order.

Your not think of it correctly. Think Home, then pause, the sale rent. Your not understanding how domains work.

Unfortunately Im going to agree with them. I understand your point and what your going for. But even still, It just is too akward. Home, Sale, Rent - doesnt quite make sense - perhaps BuySellRent.com would make more sense. Even HomeSellRent.com would make more sense.

Appraisal: $0

Best of luck,
Justin

I have disagree with all of you. A domain does not have to sound ok in a sentence to be a good domain name. HomeSaleRent.com is a very good name IMO. Think home-salerent.

And you are of course entitled to your opinion. But atleast explain why you think this makes a good domain name, perhaps you can sway us, or were not seeing something that you do.

< reg-fee.

But as long as your potential buyer gets it, then you can make a killing if they wanted it.

Well as soon as i see homesalerent.com, i would of thought it was obvious it's a website were you can find homes for sale and for rent. Am i the only one who can see this? :gn:

Maybe i'm going soft, as i thought www.propertywant.com was a great name, but know one seems to get that either.

Ok, but be more specific. Who would build a site on this domain name? Is it easily memorizeable, brandable, sayable... I know you see a few strong keywords, but the combination of them can make or break the domain. In this case, I think it breaks them. This domain would require a MASSIVE branding campaign to get it recognizeable, and it probably just isnt worth it.

When I first looked at the homesalerent.com domain, the first word I noticed was "home" or "homes", and a bounch of letters, dident actually notice that there was 3 words. I have to agree with the rest about value, you cant get closer to regfee, unless you hit a enduser thats interested offcourse. But as the rest, I cant really see that these words fit together, sorry.

However, good luck
Andree

Perhaps if the domain had traffic/revenue then it wouldnt matter, but as far as buying domains with 0 traffic/revenue the wording/sound does matter to most buyers/developers.

I wouldnt dev. a crappy sounding 3rd rate name, I'd think of something more catchy/brandable to use seeing as I'd have to invest time/$ to promote my site anyways.

I just cant see someone saying to themselves " I just gotta have this name, its perfect for my site "

If i'm honest i have seen many domains on here that feel are valuable but just don't make sense at all. For example, what's the point in a dictionary word if hardly anyones heard of it or it has an 'S' (i.e., of the top of my head, immediates. Theres no such word as immediates.) on the end of it. I would prefer a domain name that actually tells people what's on it rather than a one word dictionary word. Also, why do people waste their time with .vg, .in, etc domains. Who is going to visit a website with these on the end. I certainly wouldn't.

Just my opinion anyway.

You opened a thread asking for opinions of your name. Opinions are what you are getting. We're sorry, it's just not a good name. Next time don't ask if you don't want to know. There are others in here who really do appreciate others taking the time to give their opinions and advice.

Gotta agree with everyone here.

The words aren't bad but put together it just doesn't make sense.

carleasebuyrent.com just doesn't make sense. It's not very memorable. I know where you were going with it.

Close to reg fee.

first of all - wow.

second of all...

"Immediates" is the short form for Immediate Records (notice the S at the end of record).

then why don't you go register BuySellListRentAndLookAtPictureOfHomesAndApartmentsHere.com?

maybe you should "waste time" and figure that out. here's a hint, they're country codes.

and if you have time after solving that mystery, read #1 from: http://www.namepros.com/domain-newb...o-show-youre-newbie.html?highlight=150+newbie
