I guess this is a nice domain
It hasn't many results in google, but if developing into a good and nice site, you could have a site, only for German people(or other ones who visit German) where they could find a home to stay during their vacation/work

in fact, with the right end user, you could get upto 2xxx

the end users usually pay much more than the appraised price...I had a domain that went for 5 times the asking price
