"Home Garden" produces 165,000,000 results in Google. Most single keywords don't have nearly that volume of results.

The term "Home Garden" is generic and is non tradmarkable. There are no trademarks for "Home Garden" or HomeGarden.com.

This name is a total bargain at that price due to it's extremely high monthly search volume. It's somewhat comparable to the domain BedandBath.com in commercial appeal, which just sold for 50k. HomeGarden.com does, however, surpass BedandBath.com in just about every statistical category a domain can be measured by, and is a far greater name.
