It's a bit too long but it's developpable.
At the wholesale level it would be better with hyphen for keyword purpose.

I'd say low $$. I don't want to sound repetitive, but it is long, and you indidcated that. Aside from that, it would be best if you developed it, because selling it wouldn't get you much.
