I just registered this domain.I think it has some parking potantial.But it is good to hear some opinions about it.

What makes you think it has parking potential? Does it have traffic? On the surface i don't see any value in it, but if you have an angle or idea, please share it.

it have some search potantial and some advertisers for the words "home" and "aarp". and no it has no traffic yet.
Maybe an insurance firm can be interesets for it.
