It's holographic keyboard (something like it YouTube - Holograms) - not virtual keyboard Yahoo! Image Detail for - http://www.palmq.ru/images/news/2004/apr/iBIZ_Virtual_Keyboard.jpg

Maybe in future this kind of devices would be called HoloKeyboards...

BTW HoloKeyboard dot com is taken.

I'd say it has long term potential, although nothing definite. Depends on whether or not you're willing to spend the reg fee for enough years in the meantime. And, like you said it also depends on whether that ends up being the term society latches on to or if a new, possibly catchier name arises for the technology. A bit of a risk, but possibly worth it in the long run.
