hitekprogramming.com ripped me off

I bought a reseller from hitekprogramming.com . The specs they gave me were:

Disk Space: Unlimited
Bandwidth: Unlimited
Domains: Unlimited
Control Panel: cPanel/WHM
Everything else: Unlimited

I know that there is no such thing as "Unlimited". But everything was fine for a while then the suspended my account saying that I was using to much space/BW. So I asked for a refund and they said that they would not give me a refund and that would not reactivate my account. They wanted to put me on another plan that would cost me alot more. So now I am stuck and so are my clients and I can't do anything. So stay way from them.

There are no unlimited plans on their site currently, who knows if/when that may have changed.

did u read the TOS by any chance, cuz if a site offers "unlimited" in the TOS usually it says there is some kind of a limit.

I bought the plan from him off ebay so I guess it was a custom plan. I was hosting one proxy site and they said that proxy sites were not allowed. So I told them I would take the proxy site off and they still wouldnt do anything.
