Hiring Webmaster for link development

Hiya,

I'm looking for someone to help increase my inbound links for the site websitewizard.net. The site is complete and bug free, or pretty close, and now it needs some traffic work. If you've got a web design related site your currently starting to promote you could potentially do this concurrently for some easy $$.
