I'm looking to develop my Football forum into something like Sitepoint.com.
Forum is in Vbulletin. So that someone must know Vbulletin coding as well.
I do the design, you do the coding for me.
Other features wanted:
- Members can setup own blog
- Members can upload and view photos as well as add comments
- Members can upload and view videos as well as add comments
