You can get $1 for 10 posts(.10 per post), $1 to refer 10 friends(.10 per friend) and they have to make at least 1 post, and $1 to post 10 solution posts(.10 per solution post) under the phpBB Problem Solutions, and/or Invision Power Board Solutions, and/or vBulletin Solutions(These are all under Forum Management). You can do a mixture of all. I am paying through paypal.
