[hiring] Flash Developer and a PHP/MySQL/LAMP Programmer

Hi,
I am looking for two people to add to my staff at SixthGate Studios. We do have a flash designer, but they say that the more the merrier. We have been receiving more and more requests for flash-based material, and so, knowing that the talent on this site is widespread, I came here.

You must be very proficient in flash-based web development. You MUST have a portfolio so that I can see exactly what work you are capable of doing.

In addition to flash, a PHP guru would be great. We get requests for php-based scripts all the time, and it'd be great to be able to fill them. We have a software developer already, but the work is beginning to pile up on him

Perhaps I wasn't clear enough. I'm not looking for a middle man, or a company. I want full access to the designer himself.
