Well I think HireTranslator.com has most development potential. Page could be like this:
Users post from which to which language they want text to be translated and post text as well. They also post max. price they want to pay and then translators bid amongts each other and they lower prices ( like auction but price goes down ). For other domains I'm not so sure. Probably worth reg fee - low $xx. Good luck.

HireTranslator looks the best to me as well. Honestly, it actually sounds better, IMO, as HireTranslators (which is still available). Even if you went with the singular, you could use the plural and redirect it in case of typos by repeat visitors.

For value, I'm with FusionSpy - probably not much over reg. fee. It needs to be developed to fetch a decent pricetag.
