hirecar.org is it worth developing??

Hi guys,
Just wondering I have hirecar.org which i think is a really good name. Do you think it is worth developing into a hirecar site? What would you most recommend for generating maximum income streams from it?

Either develp it, or park it. Unless you develop it very well, parking it will probably get you more money.

if you have time to do it i think a developed site would produce better income, that would also involve promoting it.

because it is an .org i think it would be good as an informational site about hiring a car to draw visitors then have affiliate links to rental car places and adwords.
