i think the lack of appraisals on your domain name isn't that great. i've never heard anyone use the phrase "high on nba". and then there's the fact that you paid for the premium appraisal... keep in mind that just because you like the domain, doesn't mean everyone else will. try to keep it objective and realize that there are tm issues with this name. if you're looking to sell this name, the fact that you like it and tm issues doesn't help.
