Can you provide proof of this claim? I see this as a sticky legal issue especially with the trade name being used like this.

It has been a Little Britain fansite for 3 years and there haven't been any issues. The BBC has in the past included the site under "RELATED INTERNET LINKS" for a Little Britain related news story. The previous owner told me he also got in touch with David Walliams to ask for his support and he had no issues with it.
