The second one has more potential for short term keyword power in the SE's i guess, but its still a name that would require a lot of work to make pay.

The first one is of value if someone decides they want to call their casino "Highhand" (or if there is already one with that name then you have TM issues maybe), but unless this happens, i'd put it at reg fee. The second one maybe low $xx.

Casino an overexposed market with few domain opportunities unless they are really meaningfull and memorable or, for affiliates, online casino keyword packed, and even then they would be tricky to brand and only of short-term value.
