HiFly.tv is one of the hottest dotTV websites in China because of their popular TV shows. But I really like HighFly.tv, so I regged it. I was wondering if there is TM problem here?
Anyway, I still want to develope it. Could you give me some suggestion on my develop direction? Although I did have some idea for development, I would like to listen your suggestions.any idea would be appreciated.

IMO, there should be no trademark issue for this HighFly.tv domain even if HiFly.tv is a TMed domain? Am I right?

There could be a tm by them saying the name is causing confusion, so with tm you never know and if the name is just listed for sale that could help them in showing that you were just cybersquatting. Put a little content up and you could be ok but no here is 100% sure.

but, IMHO, even they can show I am in bad faith, do you have the rights to own this domain? I can give to anybody with good faith? Sorry, I am very new and know little about this?
