Highest paying CPM program

Whats the highest paying CPM program? I have 10000 views per day but they are not unique so I need a program which pays for raw impressions. I cant put Adsense on this page so I use Adbrite but the page only gets 6 clicks and Adbrite pays low so I only make 20 cents. I think I can earn more then 20 cents with a CPMprogram for 10 000 views. Also no video ads or pop ups, I need banner or text ads.

Well I started making more money from adbrite now. IT seems Goggle pays less as days go by while Adbrite pays more. I will check some pay per impression programs still just in case I can make more.
