But what are peoples thoughts on one word/high value or top 10 searched keyword. .Cyou domains.. Worth it? Only asking because I seen its just been released.

Generally when people talk about the value of a keyword, they're referring to how much it would cost to purchase an equivalent amount of web traffic via Google AdWords (or a similar service) compared to earning that same traffic through organic search rankings.
