High End Designer/s

We have an ongoing number of projects that require some professional designer help..

We need someone who can work pretty quickly, has a track record of designing some sharp looking 2.0 style sites and creates designs from scratch (no simple changing of out-of-the-box "boxed art" style templates).

We are looking for someone to assist with our current main stream iMODO project plus help our current team design/create an on line solution for some various magazine projects we have on the backburner/pending.. When I say magazines, think in terms of providing a solution for marie clare, cosmopolitan, playboy type "high profile" magazines ... (not actual examples)

Nothing urgent, we are simply looking to put in place a talented team ready to start when we are...

Also, no need for coding experience, its all about the design.

Got a few PM's asking about the "magazine" project.

Ok, heres the brief.

1. Crystal clear, sharp and glossy group of sites that match the theme and strong branding of each magazine.
2. Web2.0 tools, users able to plug in their content and sign up and chat, forum etc etc. Some will involve subscriptions for more content.
3. CMS for a large team of content writers that will require very frequent updating.
4. A selection of the magazines are a female gossip magazine, a wedding planner magazine and an adult magazine. All are well established strong brands.

I like all the work shown to me thus far, what I could do is suggestions on how you guys would go about such a substantial project - the layout, design, method of working etc etc..
