It wouldn't have been the first trademarked name to be sold, and probably won't be the last.

Just wondering, are you defining the legitimacy of an action as the ability to do it without incurring immediate punishment? There are many things that people supposedly "get away with" on a daily basis. It doesn't mean they'll get away with it in the long run. It also doesn't mean it's right.

Sincerely ... I don`t know if I have any right or they have all the rights on my www.hi5.name domain. I just don`t know!

But my idea it was based on hi5.ro which is a matrimonial site in Romania.

Please tell me something and give more informations about how to do in this case. I don`t want to have any problems with the ownership of www.hi5.name

I was talking with many lawyers about this kind of TM and they said to me that I`m not to be worried, because it`s not illegal.

What do you think about that, in this case? How should I proceed?
