The domain doesn't make much sense. If it was the forum talks then it would make a bit more sense. Also I don't know what you would develop it into. Doesn't seem like it has a lot of potential. I'm going to appraise it from $10-$20.

I am puttin a webmaster forum on it with many feature may I ask how much value it would be with alot of contesnt anf alot of traffic like 300 unique visitors a day?

I think low $$ simply because i can't imagine a forum being called that. They all have names like ps2 buddies etc.
