I want to ask a question here so I dont make a 'noob' mistake.

I am looking for good canadian website that are willing to make blogposts/articles for me to promote my products and website.

Where would I post for this?

Marketplace > General > Advertising or
Marketplace > Design & Development > Linkexchanges or
someplace else?
