Hello all!
My name is Joe. I'm 31 and I live in Michigan. I'm pretty much brand new to the domain industry, just trying to do it on the side while working a regular 9-5 job. I'm a complete novice and have already made many noob mistakes. I'd like to learn how to get domains that are actually marketable and find the best methods for selling them, as I have not had much luck on the popular platforms as of yet (Flippa, Sedo, Afternic). Most recently I've been spending a lot of time reaching out to potential end users (at least I think they could be end users), but no luck yet. I'm really trying to find a way to help me pay off student loan debt faster since my wife and I just had a baby this year. Any tips from experienced domainers (particularly private messages to help answer some questions about my portfolio) would be greatly appreciated. And if there is anything I can do in return for anyone here, let me know!
