Its so difficult to flip this name, there really not much to go on. It was a band. The possessive old man joe's is available, not one cafe or whatever ever wanted that. Just really nothing to do with it in my opinion. Could ask OLDMANJOEYP.COM if he wants it (his name is joe). I dont see a plan on the horizon other than holding it.
