I really hate to get your hopes down, but I think it low $xx, if not reg-fee. If you exchanged an NNNN.net for Hero8.com, I think you got jipped (then again, I suppose it would depend on what numbers were in the NNNN.net).
Like Spy said, maybe you can increase the value by developing it. Ask around NamePros for some ideas on how you could develop it.

i have lots of NNNN.net domains, and few people interested it
so, i exchanged one of them
