Help With Trademarks

I have TheSquaredCircle.com and just for kicks I looked up the trademark "Squared Circle," and it turns out WWF/WWE applied for a trademark way back in 1998. It says the TM is "dead," so would I be safe applying for my own trademark, or continuing on normally?

Your never safe. There are records of "reverse hijacking", securing a TM would give you rights to the name. If you are serious about your brand then I would advice you to protect it.

If your serious about your site and keeping it protected do file for one, problem is its pretty damn expensive! 300-400 for processing fees i think...
