Help with menu

Hi Guys,

I need some help. I am am looking for a menu like this on www.frightnights.co.uk and paranormalshop.co.uk but have no idea what to do.

A lot of help with this is needed I am willing to pay for this help unless there are any good samaritans out there :hehe:

thats probably javascript, and it can get complicated. i don tknow javascript well enough to make you one, so sorry. just be aware that if u do use it, ppl probably wont be able to see it if they have javascript disabled (so dont rely too heavily on it)
