Hi guys I need some help in contacting Hagio Hosts because they are not responding to any of my support tickets. The thing is they were my first host and I didn't know better so I brought a domain from them, the problem is that because of bad customer service I have changed hosts but my domain remains with them.
When I renewed my domain from them, the status was still marked as expired even though i renewed it and the next renewal date was 05/02/2010. I didn't really care about it at that time because i thought it was just an error. However I recently changed hosting company and I need to manually change the name server but I can't because it is marked as a expired domain.
I've been trying to contact for ages and they don't respond to any of my support tickets.
